Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Supervising and mentoring RBTs

Collaborating with families and caregivers

Monitoring data and adjusting programs as needed

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification

Experience with in-home ABA services preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills


Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities include:

Implementing behavior intervention plans in clients’ homes

Collecting accurate session data

Building positive relationships with clients and families

Working under BCBA supervision

Qualifications:

RBT certification (or willingness to obtain—we help!)

Passion for working with children and families

Reliable transportation and availability for in-home sessions


Administrative & Support Roles

From scheduling to intake coordination, our admin team keeps everything running smoothly.

Qualifications vary by role but all positions require strong organization, communication, and a team-first mindset.

Open Positions

Board Certified Behavior Analysts founded Alpha Autism Therapy

Katrina Gittins is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who founded Alpha Autism Therapy in order to bring much needed behavior therapy services to children with Autism and their families. She has many years of both professional and personal experience helping individuals reduce challenging behaviors and build the skills needed to be successful.
